the front of the courtroom on January 26th, 2012 , I had a very unique vantage point from which to experience
the day’s proceedings as they unfolded in the momentous Georgia Ballot Challenge
hearing in Atlanta

I went to the Secretary of
State’s Office to personally obtain CERTIFIED copies of the Certificate of
Nominations from 2008 for the Presidential Preference Primary:

Sent message online to
National Archives and Georgia Archives.
Received email from Josh Waters, the Assistant Director of Elections
with Georgia Secretary of States office about my Open Records Request.
Received email from Georgia
Archives. The have identified 6 boxes
and will have them ready for me at 8:30 am Friday.
Asked Ken Allen to come to Atlanta
Received an email from Tom
Terry of Terry v. Handel and he sent me all of his records of the different
Certificate of Nominations from 2004 and 2008.
While I was at the Georgia
Called Ken Allen and found
out he was able to reschedule and will fly to Atlanta
Went to Georgia Archives and
searched Georgia Elections Records from 1888 – 1976.
Found Certificate of
Nomination for President Coolidge.
“Kindly acknowledge receipt
of this certificate and indicate to me whether there are any requirements of
the statutes with reference to the placing on the ballots in your state the
names of President Coolidge and General Laws, which have not been complied
with.”

Even though Calvin Coolidge
had succeeded Warren Harding as President in 1923, this letter shows the
Republican National Committee asking the Secretary of State if he was in
compliance with the law when seeking Ballot access in Georgia United States
I personally served a
subpoena to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

How profound the irony, this form was revised the very same day Obama placed the layered electronic image of a purported copy of his Long Form Birth Certificate on the White House servers.

Ken Allen’s flight was
delayed because the plane’s black box had to be replaced. After dropping Ken off at the hotel I went to
try and serve a subpoena on Democratic Party of Georgia Chairman Mike Berlon.

The American people are finally waking up to the fact that the US government all the way back to the first Bush administration was ignoring the US Constitution and trying to change this nation to a one world order . Both parties have been involved in the overthrow of the US Constitution in order to bring this country into the one world order. It is time We The People demand that US Constitutional law be enforced .

While waiting on the Judges "Advisory Determination" on the Ballot Access Challenge I'm considering a way forward should the Administrative Court and Sec0State determination and statements be favorable for the Challengers.
How would you score the possibility of "Show Cause" filings among the various States seeking the effects of the Full Faith and Credit provision in regard to with-holding Ballot Access based on the determination of the State of GA.

Not just removed, arrested and thrown in prison
It is clear that the government of these United States is being carried out by a host of persons not Obama as he is busy campaigning to be "re-elected" while others do the presidential tasks like coddle a do-nothing congress (do nothing action is by design), wage wars, move troops to other middle east areas rather than bring all of our troops home, find ways to diminish the troops' morale and size and health care benefits, etc., propose a "budget" that is not a real budget, and the list goes on of unassumed or over reached executive actions. Whatever the shadow network government wants, Obama does by exec order showing he is not in control but is compliant with others' (especially Valerie Jarratt) demands of him while he is funded to go campaign or vacation or play president. He is a muslim and is in compliance with the muslim infiltration at all levels of our government and the infiltration has been slowly coming, these thugs are patient and single focused, over years of presidential mismanagement of the office of pres. Behind the present presidential administration are several secret societies being run by a small elitist group of financial and Arab-Chinese (globalist, internationalists) power brokers. The muslims have in mind the destruction of our nation from within and are doing quickly what it takes to get that goal accomplished. Oh, that We,The People will awaken and actively resist this subversive stealth jihad.
